The current version of FiberWatch™ makes use of the latest user interface technologies to provide our customers with a customizable look and feel. In our quest for continued improvement, we have listened to our customers and learned a lot. Our customers know what information needs to be presented and how. Some customers want the basic facts, what, when and where is the fiber cut? Others want to see detailed information on fiber loss patterns over time. We have taken this feedback seriously, and have developed a new level of user flexibility. A user interface that is able to be what our customers want it to be.
